Description
UniPhi is a model-based development tool for consistent architecture, data, and interface management and dependency visualization. UniPhi extends Simulink with capabilities that facilitate the rapid development of embedded applications, enabling a model architecture in which target-specific and target-independent functionality are decoupled. Scan object dependencies in text-based and graphical contexts to visualize the flow of data throughout software. System variables and calibration parameters are easily managed using the data dictionary, facilitating model management and powerful plug-and-play algorithm development of embedded systems. All software artifacts are version controlled, enabling conflict management capabilities and the ability to view the history of changes made to each individual software component or the overarching system architecture.
UniPhi's data dictionary prevents many common bugs from being introduced in the first place because it forces users to select signals from a list of managed objects. Any changes made to signal attributes are propagated throughout the model automatically, and users can review the usage locations of each signal using intelligent features.
UniPhi also works in conjunction with Embedded Coder® for efficient generation of scheduling code.
