Teaching and Learning with MATLAB and Simulink

Overview

This session introduces MATLAB Grader, the web-based MATLAB® assignment grading tool. Through MATLAB Grader, educators can administer quizzes, tests and assignments based in MATLAB, and see their students’ progress via automatic scoring, learning analytics, and solution reports.

The included self-serve collection of existing problem sets allows educators to quickly build their own quizzes and assignments, which can supplement existing homework or assessments. In this session, a full demonstration of the MATLAB Grader course and content creation workflow will be given, and attendees who follow along using their own MathWorks accounts can participate in a live MATLAB Grader assignment.

The webinar will also describe the free teaching/curricular materials that teachers can access. Although it is an essential part of the teaching process, the development of curriculum material is often a time-consuming task. Learn how to supplement your own teaching material with content developed by your colleagues from around the globe. Educators will get an overview of MATLAB Courseware, an archive of science and engineering curriculum, and our self-paced courses, MATLAB Onramp and Simulink Onramp, both made freely available by MathWorks.
