As a Sales Development Representative, you will jumpstart your sales career by connecting with technical innovators across a variety of industries, qualifying high volumes of inbound leads, and uncovering new business opportunities. You will play a key role in fuelling our growth—working with end users and decision-makers to help our sales team reach new height

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities and revenue. 
  • Qualify inbound web and marketing leads. 
  • Generate new business through outbound calls. 
  • Apply product and industry knowledge to identify sales opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads. 
  • Accurately track customer info and activities in CRM. 
  • Collaborate with peers and across teamsto achieve goals.
  • Leverage internal resources to enhance qualification skills. 
  • Contribute to meetings focused on advancing the sales cycle. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience (or equivalent experience) with one year in a customer facing role is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred.  
  • French and English fluency (C1 level). 
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including excellent phone skills and attention to detail. 
  • Additional language skills highly beneficial.
