Durot Electric GmbH is an engineering company and solution provider for vehicle and machinery electrification. We support our customers in system engineering and software development. We design and build roadworthy prototypes. This is how Durot Electric supports the transition to sustainable transportation. Software development for vehicle systems
Based on the design of the overall system, Durot Electric gets vehicles and machines moving. The coding of controllers, such as vehicle control units (VCU) and battery management systems (BMS), is one of our core competencies.
Following the hardware and software development, we support the commissioning and testing of the vehicles. Based on the results, we implement any optimizations to the vehicle control system and all relevant safety functions. Throughout the process, our software development team is dedicated to delivering safety-certified software according to your specific requirements. Our services include:

How we use MathWorks products in our toolchain
Durot Electric uses Simulink® for software development and simulation, and Simulink Coder™ and Embedded Coder™ to generate C code. We use Simulink Requirements™ to check requirement coverage, Simulink Check™ to ensure coding guidelines (MAB Checks, ISO26262 Checks, etc.), and Simulink Test™ for software unit tests. Additionally, we use Simscape™ (Driveline, Electrical, and Fluid) for simulation of electrical drivetrain, battery systems, and other vehicle systems. We use MATLAB® for data analytics, post-processing, control design, and many other tasks.
