Hi Sir/Madam,
We want to plot and analyse the invasive and non invasive blood glucose monitoring values through Parkes Error Grid Analysis. please provide us the Parkes Error Grid Analysis plotting Matlab code.
Thanking you

It doesn’t seem to be a difficult programming problem. I refer you to the original paper and the latest paper the seems appropriate to your application: ‘A new consensus error grid to evaluate the clinical significance of inaccuracies in the measurement of blood glucose’ Diab Care 2000 Aug; 23(8):1143-8 and ‘Technical Aspects of the Parkes Error Grid’ Diab Sci Tech 2013 Sep; 7(5):1275-81.
If you have problems, return here with a clear, concise description of your problem and the part of your code that is causing it. We will help you get it running.

I will help you with your code when you get it written.
If I believe the Parkes Error Grid Analysis would be of general interest and would lend itself to a MATLAB function implementation, I will program it and submit it to the File Exchange in a few weeks. There has never been another request for it that I can find.

Yes sir it will be of general interest as I think so. Because many of the researchers use Clarke error grid analysis for their result verifications purposes.similarly using another analytical tool like Parkes error grid will be helpful to analyse the data of non invasive blood glucose values Vs invasive blood glucose values.

Probably a little late for your application, but I produced this to do some work with the Parkes Error Grid - hope its useful for somebody:

Hello Rupert,
Thanks for your post on Parkes EGA. I am new to MathLab. I have downloaded it as well as the zipped Parkes EGA file. I am uncertain of my next step. Can you please advise?
