MATLAB won't launch (though installed and activated) on Mac Monterey

i just installed 2021b version of matlab on my macbook with MacOS Monterey

it olnly opens for a couple of seconds then disappears, i tried almost every solution on the internet but they didnt work out, does anyone have any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Even the matlab installer is not responding

Has anyone found the solution? I cant even contract support as it asked for my activation key but since its a student account it takes it from the cloud.

Please contact Technical Support and work with the Support staff to determine why MATLAB is not able to start on your machine.
