frequency and bit rate of PAM digital signal

Let`s say I have a vector of length 1000 of binary random numbers , I then do digital PAM(as in mapping it to [-3 -1 1 3]) then transmit throgh a filter. How do I find the frequency of the signal and bit rate if I didn`t assign it in the code.
