I want to create sliders for different parameters

Here are my parameters and I want the user to be able to choose their value with a slider.
kg=1;
kf=0.2;
km=10;
l=4;
h=1/2;
Anyone know how can I create a such interface ?

Check out uislider if you want to create slider component. The example should be helpful.
