When I try to enter my password for my MathWorks account into the installer on my Windows computer, it reads, "The user name or password is incorrect." The screen goes dim when this window shows up and the name of the window is "User Account Control". How do I resolve this?

This is a Windows security prompt. It is not asking you for MathWorks account information or password. It is asking for the computer's administrator credentials. If you are not an administrator on your Windows computer, then you will need to ask somebody who does have administrative privileges to enter their credentials. The installer will not function properly without Windows administrative privileges.
