How do you define road surface marking contours in a scene, such as pavements, speed bumps, arrow markings in automate driving toolbox?

How do you define road surface marking contours such as pavements, speed bumps, arrow markings in Cuboid Scenario Simulation scenarios? Currently 2022a does not provide definitions for these classes, how should I simulate them?
For example, the pavement in the distance, marked by the arrow in the red circle in the picture below.

@Advait Thanks for the suggestion, I know that the roadrunner product is a tool that Mathworks has introduced in the last few years to build simulations for real environments (this requires a manual step-by-step process to build the scenarios, which is a bit tricky), but what I want is to simulate this scenario in Cuboid Scenario Simulation scenarios(It would be better to define the above elements programmatically).

@cui the capabilitites you are looking to simulate are currently not supported in the cuboid world with the Automated Driving Toolbox in the Driving Scenario Designer. This is also true for the additional configurations of parking lot. Sorry about this!
