Why am not I able to improve the layout of my architecture model in System Composer?

After designing the architecture using system composer and doing some sorting with the auto-arrange functionality, the size of the component slightly was changed while connecting the model, and the lines became to appear messy as shown below.

Even using the auto-arrange functionality in the Format tab in order to improve the messy layout, did not work.

This is an effect of the Simulink auto layout functionality. Please check if there is any message at the top of the model window when you click Auto Arrange on the Format tab. If there is the following message, you can resolve this by clicking the hyperlink 'here' at the end of the message.
