How to find the maximum temperature value from a thermal image

23 views (last 30 days)
I have a series of 2000 thermal images . the temperature of certain region was increasing with respect to time. I need to find the maximum temperature in each image and store that values as text file. and also want to show the region where the temperature was maximum in each image and store the images.

Here's a list of very similar examples. See the last example for finding the max region.
It's up to you to decide whether you want to find the region of maximum temperature or find the temperature of some specific region. It's up to you to decide how you want to store it.
There are countless examples of processing image sequences. I'll leave it to you to use the search tool.
