Requirements editor property inspector doesn't appear

Hi, when I open a requirements set on requirements editor and create a new requirement, the right panel where I can write the summary and description of the requirements doesn't appear anymore. I don't know if it has something to do with it, but recently I passed from 2021b version to 2023a.

Can you please help me understanding why I have this problem?

Some questions here please:

1. You said "open a requirements set", do it mean creating a new requriement set?
2. Can you open an existing requirements set, instead of creating a new one? Does the same problem exists?
3. Does it help if you restart matlab? Does it make any difference?
4. From the matlab command line window, do you see any error printed out?
