customised impixelinfo and impixelregionpanel

Hi, I want to customise impixelregionpanel and impixelinfo. i.e given a (x,y) coordinatel, I want the pixelregionpanel moves to that point and impixelinfo returns for me the pixel value of that point. The reason for doing so is I want to compare two images simultaneously but the mouse is only active in one of two images so I hope by obtaining the coordinate of one image, I can reset the pixelinfo and regionpanel of the other to the corresponding area.

Any light shed for me? Thanks.
