Pin error for pwm pin with arduino 2560

Trying to use the PWM block for arduino 2560 for pin 45, I get the answer that the number can be only between 2 and 13. Arduino 2560 is set in Tools->Options->Hardware Implementation -> Hardware Board. Anybody an idea how to set a higher the port number ?
