Fraction Delay Filter to delay a simple signal

Hello everyone! :)
So, I want to use a fractional delay filter to delay a signal for 0.075s. So I get a random matrix with an input of 1-10 signals. Signal:
x=0:0.2:pi;
s=sin(x);
To design a fraction delay filter with my requirements I use:
d = fdesign.fracdelay(0.075,'N',2);
hd = design(d,'lagrange','filterstructure','farrowfd')
My problem is to combine both of it, so my sine is delayed for 0.075s. So, does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem?
