How can i determine local maximum & minimum in simulink simulation with real time to execute the switching control when each of max or min. position?

Here`s an description below, The system is oscillated by external force. In here, i would like to determine local maximum & minimum of the system response to execute switching control at each of identified max or min position in real time. How could i implement this work with matlab simulink?
