DTN / IQ Feed API for historical data via timeseries data handler. Is that really robust ?

I have examples when the timeseries data handler actually works and there are cases when it does not work ? Is it because how many historical records can be stored in IQFeedTimeseriesData ...
For example if there are 35,000 records it seems to work. But if there are more than 35,000 records of intraday data it seems to fail ? ...
