I have two images one for the high level, the second one for the texture, I would like to superimpose these two images in order to obtain a 3D figure of my scene (ground)

You forgot to attach the images. You might have a look at the surf function and these two links: have a read here and here. It will greatly improve your chances of getting an answer.
