I'm interest in auto driving, and I find that matlab 2018 is published with auto driving toolbox. I want to learn the source code of auto driving, if I buy the license, Can I see the source code?

You would be able to see the source code to some functions, but other functions are built in and a regular license would not give you access to the sources for those.
Mathworks builds in functions for several reasons:
Note that Mathworks considers the Auto Driving Toolbox to be a premium product; you cannot even access the documentation for it without a license for it. It is not available for Student or Home licenses.
To see the parts of the source code that cannot normally be seen, the defined method is to get a job with Mathworks.
