Problem connecting parrot minidrone bluetooth Windows 10

I am trying to follow the installation guide for the bluetooth setup on the parrot mambo minidrone, but I am running into issues. When I install the recommended driver I get the error "you don't have a valid license to run csr harmony please contact your supplier". Any help or guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated!
