How can I find Pearson correlation of an .nii file

How can I find the pearson Correlation of a .nii extension file which was the output from segmentation task. Please do help me to find the solution

You can't calculate the Pearson of a segmentation. Try to split up your problem into smaller parts. First figure out how to read the file, then you should find out what you want to do with the segmentation. If you have trouble implementing a step, then you have a suitable question for this forum
