How to extract x,y,z coordinates from 3D Dicom Images? can any one share me idea's ?

When you read the image..you have pixles in hand...you can associate coordinate with it if you have or the the coordinates would be the indices/ dimension of the image. YOu can use find for example to extract the color you want, which gives you (x,y,z).

and be sure to follow the references right through to the stackoverflow page as the discussion there has key information about the handling of CT images, which are more complicated to get the position information from .
