function varargout = BrainMRI_GUI(varargin)
% BRAINMRI_GUI MATLAB code for BrainMRI_GUI.fig
% BRAINMRI_GUI, by itself, creates a new BRAINMRI_GUI or raises the existing
% singleton*.
%
% H = BRAINMRI_GUI returns the handle to a new BRAINMRI_GUI or the handle to
% the existing singleton*.
%
% BRAINMRI_GUI('CALLBACK',hObject,eventData,handles,...) calls the local
% function named CALLBACK in BRAINMRI_GUI.M with the given input arguments.
%
% BRAINMRI_GUI('Property','Value',...) creates a new BRAINMRI_GUI or raises the
% existing singleton*. Starting from the left, property value pairs are
% applied to the GUI before BrainMRI_GUI_OpeningFcn gets called. An
% unrecognized property name or invalid value makes property application
% stop. All inputs are passed to BrainMRI_GUI_OpeningFcn via varargin.
%
% *See GUI Options on GUIDE's Tools menu. Choose "GUI allows only one
% instance to run (singleton)".

ClassificationSVM is the constructor. You probably want to use predict()
Note: showplot is an option for the previous generation of svm routines, and is not used anymore.

In a number of places you load Trainset.mat but you never write the file. You seem to expect the user to have already produced it. It looks to me as if it has content specific to the image, which is incompatible with the fact that you permit the user to load arbitrary images.
Did you find the solution?/
No. I do not have your Trainset.mat . And you need to explain why it is plausible that a single Trainset.mat would be suitable for all possible input images.

Probably not, unless you attach the m-file and .fig file.
About all I can say now is to trust the error message which tells you to "Use fitcsvm to train an SVM model" instead of ClassificationSVM like you did.
