Is it possible to use MATLABs MPC toolbox to implement Real-time control on a small scale Pilot Plant

I was wondering if it was possible to use the functionality in the Model Predictive Control toolbox to implement control actions on a small scale pilot plant.
Not sure if this toolbox would support real time applications.

Yes, you can use MPC toolbox for real time control. After designing a plant in Simulink using any of the MPC blocks, you can generate code and deploy it for real-time control. It can be deployed to all the targets supported by the following products.
