Performing correction on T1W images using Dual Echo acquired field maps

Hello everyone!

I have become a bit desperate on the subject, so I will get to the point immediately.

I have calculated field map respresenting the B0 inho distortion along the frequency encoding direction (in our case y axis) from dual echo images.

So far I have been trying interp and imwarp as methods of geometrical transformations of my original anatomical images, using calculated distortion maps, but they do not seem to work perfectly.

Every toolbox or method I have found online describes correction of EPI images, thus correction along the phase encoding direction, so no help from there.

Can anyone suggest a solution of unwarping correctly my distorted images?
