3D plot from nodal coordinates

Hi. I have 4 2D matrices. Out of 4 matrices, 3 matrices has x,y and z coordinates and 4th one has variable (say W). It is data from a 3D scan. I want to create X,Y,Z axes and plot W using the data. I am not able to find out how to do it. Is there any way?

I am not clear as to why the 3 matrices are 2d rather than vectors? Does X(K) go with Y(K) and Z(K) and W(K), and is not necessarily related to X(K+1), Y(K+1), Z(K+1), W(K+1) ? Or is there some structure implied by it being 2D ?

Hi Walter,

It is data from a 3D scan of a part. Data in a row of X,Y and Z matrices corresponds to coordinates of one horizontal line of the scan, like a slice. next row has coordinates of next horizontal line. Hope you understand.

Can you attach an example of the data(4 2D matrices)? if possible the 3D image(formed by the corresponding matrices) also.
