Self written App does not install

System: Win7-64bit and Matlab 2019b version.

A self written app runs without problems in the App designer environment. When I try to install the packaged version a very basic error window appears. Installing the same packaged app on another PC goes without problems. Uninstalling and re-installing Matlab did not solve the problem. Btw, the app does not use a toolbox.

Not a very useful error box!

Unfortunately, that doesn't give us much to go on, so this may be something you want to raise directly with mathworks support.

If possible, attach your app package to the question.
