How to deal with "missing products"when I install the R2018a via "use the installation key"

1 view (last 30 days)
After I have provided the file installation key and clicked the "next", there is a "missing products" warning---just as the picture shows.
It suggests me to choose the other way to install it, however,I am unable to connect to host
.So I wander if there is any solution possiblely for this situation, and it will be much better if there is no internet required.

If you are the license administator for the license, then you can use
to download the ISO.
If the above link does not send you to the correct release, use https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/web_downloads/select_release and select the release, and then click on the "GET ISO Images" link there.
When you are the license administrator, is also possible to order a physical pair of DVDs with the software.

Thanks for your answer and it helps me a lot. But acctually I am not the license administator for the license.
In fact, I have tried to connect with my teacher who is the licese administator but there was no response.
So is there any other way to solve this problem?

No, license administrators are the only people who can order DVDs. Otherwise you need internet access to install MATLAB.
The internet access does not have to be on the system that MATLAB is to be installed on. You can use the installer and ask to Download Only, and then copy the files to another computer and run the installer there.
