I have installed and activated the R2019a Matlab on windows 10 successfully, but I got the error below on startup----just as the picture shows.
I have googled this type of error and someone told me it happened because" the user account folder name under C:\Users " is Chinese instead of English.
And it's not recommoned to change the name in case that it would mess up my profile.
So I wander if there is any solution possibly to solve this problem and I would be much more greatful if you can answer my question.
