How to get current date time in Simulink?

Hallo,

I require Date time entry in String Data type in my model. How can i get current Date time in Simulink model except using Matlab fuction?

At the moment i made workaround with using "now" function in Matlab function. In future i dont want any Matlab function block in my model.

Which version of MATLAB are you using?

I am curious about your use case. The simulation could be faster or slower than real world. You want a new date time string at every simulation step?
