how can i start Algorithm ABE encryption in Matlab ?

i want to encrypt a data using hypid between two encryption method which is

ABE attribute-based encryption & BRE Proxy re=encryption and i cant start in matlab

If you had been asking about "encoding" instead of encryption, we would still be avoiding the question, because in the present form it is a general algorithm or "how do I program an idea" question rather than being a question about MATLAB.

How would you program it in a different programming language such as C?

If you ask specific questions such as "What is the syntax for memory allocation" or "Is there integer convolution?" then we can answer those questions. But we cannot give you ideas on "encryption" because of USA laws.
