Why is it showing errors when i run gaspl function for calculating RF signal attenuation due to atmospheric gases?

Showing the full error message is will also give us some hints.

Not knowing your Matlab release is another problem.

This line does not throw an error on my end

You need to have Antenna Toolbox to run that function. It looks like you don't have that tool box so the error.

what release are you using? as it keeps showing errors. I also tried in online version but is shows the same results

Well, that error message says it all. It answers your question 100%.

Always include the full error message any time you have a question about receiving an error.

It's like saying "my car doesn't work" and not telling anyone that the batter light is on.

The online documentation explains how that model is computed so if you have access to the online documentation, you might be able to put together your own function.
