R2020b: App Designer says can't open File MATLAB failing if condition

C:\Users\SHUBHAM\Documents\MATLAB\Dymola_App.mlapp: Can't open file.

What I did is:

I created a GUI in MATLAB using guide it is working

Now I clicked migrate to AppDesigner

When I click Run it says that "C:\Users\SHUBHAM\Documents\MATLAB\Dymola_App.mlapp: Can't open file."

After seeing all this I get to know that it is due to if condition in appdesigner Matlab

if isempty(Fci) || isempty(Fhi) || isempty(Tci)

CRASHES

BUT same with like this works

if isempty(Fci)

How to solve this
