When a Licensed end user informs MathWorks that they are unable to get in contact with the license administrator(s) and that they should be added as one, MathWorks may add the licensed end user as a new license administrator to the Master License. A confirmation message will be sent to all the license administrators in the Master License within 24 hours of the change.
If the licensed end user should not have been added as a license administrator to the license, the existing license administrator(s) must reply to the confirmation message to inform MathWorks to revert the following change or remove the user as a license administrator from the License Center and inform MathWorks of the change for future reference.
