Why do I receive Error-349?

Hi, when I setup matlab there was an error349. I download matlab from my university(UQ) IT service and sign with my student account. I use microsoft edge to download matlab. How can I continue to setup?

Consult with your IT folks first...however, the only Q? re: Error 349 here on the Answers forum was from 2013 but the Answer from TMW Support Staff was it is a function of the Chrome Browser and system-dependent.

From that I'd suggest trying another browser and see if joy ensues...

That error talked about MATLAB deciding that your MATLAB Central email address did not belong to the university that the license belongs to. You might need to create a MATLAB Central account under your university email address.

But I actually used my university email address to create the account...
