Shock Response Spectrum for Base Input Acceleration

This script uses the David O. Smallwood digital recursive filtering relationship to calculate the SRS.
The SRS gives the peak response for an SDOF system subjected to base input in the time domain where the system natural frequency is an independent variable. The user must specify the amplification factor Q.
srs_base.m is the main function. The other scripts are supporting functions.
