These MATLAB files are written for spike-removal for Raman spectra. The CGT_185k folder contains several Raman data files obtained in our lab for the demonstration. User can go over the main_script file to be familar with the algorithm. More details about the algorithm can be found from the paper titled ''Automatic Spike Removal Algorithm for Raman Spectra'' to be published in Applied Spectroscopy.
