mmPerm(X,tau,m,varargin)
Calculates the multi-scale, multi-variate permutation entropy of column-oriented vectors in a data matrix. The multi-variate permutation entropy is a means to take correlations among multiple data vectors into consideration (for instance, for EEG). This is an implementation of the outline proposed by Morabito et al (2012), Entropy.
