The Example_Usage.m file runs out-of-the-box on a limited set of RPI and Orbit data that is part of the download.

To get the entire IMAGE RPI spectrogram cdf collection, execute RunFirstOneTime_downloadIMAGEData.m once setting the path for the database of cdf file. Downloading uses ftp and may take 30 to 60 minutes.

Then work from the example. The rpiProgramTable.mat has already been assembled for the entire mission, but may be recreated running runAggregateRPISpectrogramPrograms.m. This table has the number of unique programs, measurements, and frequencies for the daily spectrogram, and is useful for understanding how sparse or well-formed the resulting image will be.
