SES analysis with CPS pre-whitening

This function can be used for the vibration-based fault diagnosis in rolling element bearings operating at constant speed.
It is a three step procedure:
(i) cepstrum pre-whitening: reduce the contribution of other periodic sources such as gears.
(ii) band-pass filtering: improve the SNR especially if performed about a system resonance
(iii) squared envelope spectrum: allow to detect (pseudo) cyclostationary contributions characterized by large components at specific cyclic frequencies
This function is provided together with a simple demonstration and it is full compatible with Octave.
