Adds Scalebar to Matrix:
Imputs:
image = grayscale or rgb image (double)
mum_per_pix = ratio µm/pixel
scalebarlength_mum =scalebar length in µm
height = scale bar height in µm
Color = rgb triplet ,e.g. [1 0 0] --> red
OUTPUT is rgb matrix (n*m*3) with scalebar on lower right
