Description

PanoSim is an integrated testing and simulation platform for autonomous driving and associated technology and product development. PanoSim includes a high-fidelity vehicle dynamics model, realistic vehicle driving scenario, and traffic models, as well as physics-based sensor models, such as lidar, radar, camera, GPS, IMU, and more. Running under a range of environments with or without MATLAB® and Simulink®, PanoSim conveniently and effectively supports pure offline simulation, high-performance real-time simulation with model/software/hardware/vehicle/driver-in-the-loop, digital-twin simulation with virtual and augmented reality, and concurrent and cloud architecture-based simulation. PanoSim provides a toolchain to support full-cycle development and testing algorithms for ADAS/V2X and autonomous driving, including perception, decision-making, planning, and control. It has been widely adopted in many automotive companies and research institutes, such as General Motors, Daimler, SAIC, Dongfeng Motor, Horizon Robotics, and NAMI.

PanoSim is primarily designed to support autonomous driving fully, along with seamless co-simulation with MATLAB and Simulink. PanoSim models can be readily incorporated into Simulink as S-functions. Users of PanoSim can also develop their own algorithms within the MATLAB and Simulink environment either as MATLAB code or via Simulink block diagrams, which smoothly integrate with PanoSim simulation programs. In addition, PanoSim provides Simulink library samples for convenience.
