Do you excel at establishing customer relationships and enjoy problem solving? At MathWorks, you can use these skills to work directly with customers to help them get the most out of MATLAB and Simulink. Customer-facing engineers in a variety of roles help onboard accounts, propose solutions to customers’ technical and business challenges, work with educators to support curriculum and research projects and improve student experiences, deliver hands-on training, and more. 

We’re looking for enthusiastic people with demonstrated communication and presentation skills who can help customers streamline their workflows to accelerate the pace of engineering and science.

What You’ll Do


Establish strong customer relationships.


Provide technical guidance for successful adoption of MATLAB and Simulink.


Partner with sales account managers, other technical specialists, and marketing staff.


Advocate for the future development directions of MATLAB and Simulink products based on customer feedback.
