Model Configuration Parameters: HDL Code Generation

The HDL Code Generation category contains settings for target language and the model that you want to generate code for, and buttons that initiate code generation and compatibility checking, and sets code generation parameters.

These configuration parameters appear in the Configuration Parameters > HDL Code Generation category.

Parameter	Description
Generate HDL for	Select the subsystem or model for HDL code generation.
Language	Specify HDL code generation language.
Code Generation Folder	Specify target folder for generated HDL code.
Target Language and Folder Selection Parameters Restore Model Defaults Run Compatibility Checker Generate	Specify target language, target folder, and design for which you want to generate HDL code.

The Configuration Parameters dialog box also includes other code generation parameters:

• Model Configuration Parameters: Target
