Phased Array System Toolbox
Phased Array System Toolbox™ provides tools for designing and simulating phased array and beamforming systems for wireless communication, radar, sonar, and acoustic applications. You can design multibeam and electronically steerable antennas by configuring array geometries, including subarrays, and adjusting element parameters. You can synthesize beamforming patterns through optimization and AI techniques.
For communication systems like 5G, 5G-advanced, SATCOM, and WLAN, the toolbox provides algorithms for simulating hybrid and digital beamforming architectures for massive MIMO and millimeter-wave systems. You can simulate multipath fading environments, model reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) and generate signal waveforms.
For radar, sonar, and acoustic systems, the toolbox includes pulsed waveforms and algorithms for monostatic and multistatic topologies, space-time adaptive processing (STAP), direction of arrival (DOA) for localization, matched filtering, and image formation.
