To add a block to a model, double-click the canvas and start typing the block name. Then, select the block from the list.

Description
The Mechanical Rotational Reference block represents a reference point, or frame, for mechanical rotational ports. All rotational ports that are rigidly clamped to the frame must be connected to a Mechanical Rotational Reference block. For more information, see Grounding Rules.
Examples
Simple Mechanical System
A model of a system that connects rotational and translational motion. A summing lever drives a load consisting of a mass, viscous friction, and a spring connected to its joint C. Joint B is suspended on two rotational springs connected to reference point through a wheel and axle and a gear box. Joint A is connected to a torque source through a gear box and a wheel and axle mechanism.
