Makking matrix in a for cycle

hello i have this two cyclces where i count cordinates of a surface. I do 20 steps in cycle. I would like to make a matrix that wil be 20x3 for every step. So i the end i want to have 20 of 20x3 matrix

I dont know how to save the result from the loop in to the matrix. So i would be glad if anyone can help, thank you
