Convert '16-Mär-2023 13:51:13' to a number

Why is the following command not working:

convertTo(datetime('16-Mär-2023 13:51:13','InputFormat','dd-mmm-yyyy HH:MM:ss','Locale','de_CH'),'datenum')

It looks like you might be trying to convert the DATE field returned by DIR, in which case this might be useful:

That date does not comply with the expected month abbreviations:
