I need the installer for Matlab R2010b SP1

I have spent a good part of the last week trying to find R2010b SP1. I am getting a training on a very old DNA analysis software that only runs on this library, unfortuantely the old installation is lost forever and i cant find this to continue. Please help.

We cannot help you. Answers does not have software, cannot supply it. The only people who would be able to help you are at MathWorks. However, it appears this release, even though old, is still listed by them.
In fact, I just checked, and they do provide that release for download, at least if you have a computer that can handle it.

In the top left, use the Select Release dropbox to select R2010bSP1 . That will take you to a page that has a number of download buttons.
In the upper middle, select the appropriate platform.
Follow the instructions near the bottom of the page.
Note: if Select Release does not permit you to select R2010bSP1, then the implication is that you are logged in to an account that is not licensed for R2010b or later -- either that or you are logged in to an account managed by an organization (such as a university) which has restricted downloads (in which case you need to go through your IT people to get the files.)

In that case, you are not logged into an account that has a license for R2010b or later.
